At Ronna Lees, we specialize in preloved, vintage, estate, and one-of-a-kind items. Because many of our products are vintage or pre-owned, customers are encouraged to review all descriptions, photos, sizing, measurements, and condition details carefully before purchasing.
Vintage and Pre-Owned Item Notice
Our products may include estate furs, vintage furs, estate jewelry, designer jewelry, vintage purses, Timmy Woods purses, and preloved accessories. These items may show normal signs of age, wear, storage, or previous ownership.
Such characteristics are part of the nature of vintage and estate merchandise and are not considered defects unless specifically stated otherwise.
Returns and Refunds
Returns may be accepted only if the item received is significantly different from the product description or if the wrong item was shipped.
To request a return, customers must contact us within 24hours from the date the order is delivered.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and included materials.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Ronna Lees is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage. We will review the issue and provide next steps.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
