I would say this is pristine to excellent condition.  Our home is clean and non smoking.  This is however a preloved vintage purse.  Would be wonderful to carry for dog shows.  Or to give to someone who loves their Boxer dog.  I do not have the dust\/sleeper cover.  The original hang tags and tag are in the purse.  The black cord strap tucks away in the purse.  I guess it could also be for home or office decor.  The cord measures at 23 1\/2\".
