21st C. Cowhide Skirt New Mexico Cognac in color which was designed and signed by artist Pam Dietrich. A long style with lace up closures. Two stiches of a cross +. There are slits on each side of the skirt. Approximately 27" wide and 32" long. The skirt appears to be in excellent preloved vintage condition. PLEASE SEE THE PHOTO of what appears to be a ink mark. IT IS NOT it is in the cowhide itself.
